Mike McElligott

Mike has been working in commercial real estate since 1996. In his 24 years in the commercial real estate business, Mike has sold and leased many major commercial developments including office, retail, warehouse, multi-family properties and land throughout Alaska. He has prepared Broker’s Opinions of Value (BOV), especially as a qualified member of the Wells Fargo RETECHS system, throughout the state. Mike has averaged about 25 BOV’s a year for Wells Fargo Bank for the last 16 years and has done contracted work for AT&T Alascom for lease extensions and renewals throughout the state with up to 35 leases handled per year, for five years. Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Alaska Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate from the University of Oregon.
