Brian Edmondson
Brian has been practicing real estate brokerage for over 25 years and joined Jack White Commercial in 2008. He has a deep knowledge of determining market values for all types of commercial properties in Anchorage and has negotiated and drafted hundreds of commercial lease and sale agreements.
During his career in real estate brokerage, Brian has worked on a wide variety of transactions with local and national clients negotiating complex sales and leasing transactions including large office buildings in excess of 150,000 square feet with such tenants as Conoco Phillips, the U.S. Government, and the State of Alaska.
Clients represented include NANA Management Services, Saltchuk, Easter Seals, Office Depot, Unocal, Elman Investors, Inc. of New York, Johnstone Supply, The Tatitlek Corporation, Forsythe Transportation, Ahtna, Inc., Parker Smith & Feek, and others.
