Sam Steele has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience with Jack White Commercial since starting in 2001 where he has specialized in commercial sales and leasing exclusively. He has a broad and extensive knowledge of current market conditions and in determining market values for all types of commercial properties in Anchorage and southcentral Alaska. In his 20 years as an agent with Jack White Commercial, Sam has negotiated and drafted hundreds of commercial lease and sales agreements of all types of properties from office to industrial warehouses to retail properties and gives the same level of attention no matter the size of the deal. 

Sam was born and raised in Missouri and has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. After graduating from college, he was invited north in 1993 to come see the state and has been a resident of the state of Alaska since. A former small business owner here in Anchorage he understands the needs of a small business owner and how important it is to being attentive to their needs.

He is a very proud father of three sons, all in college, and is married to a wonderful woman, Beth, and is a stepfather to her two daughters. They also have two English Mastiff’s. 

A life long learner and reader, Sam is an avid cruising and racing sailor and has held several positions within the the William H. Seward Yacht Club, in Seward, Alaska, from Commodore ( ’11-15) to the current Activities and Membership Director and Trustee.
