The term that I find myself using most often is "higher expectations."  From my humble brokerage beginnings in 2001, I found Alaska to be slightly behind the premier brokerage times.  It has been incredibly exciting to bring our beautiful state into a brokerage community that is recognized globally.  The relationships I have built and continue to enjoy include six out of the top ten retail REIT's, brands such Target, Bass Pro/Cabela's, Fred Meyer, Arby's, Sonic, Wendy's, and a number of other majors that I look forward to announcing very soon.   Alaska is exciting because we get to work on each discipline due to our smaller market and lack of proximity to other markets so in addition to retail brokerage I have built a substantial client base in Office, Industrial and most importantly Investment Brokerage.  This year alone I have completed over 40,000 sf of office leasing, close to 150,000 sf of industrial, and have over $15m under contract in Investment and owner/user acquisitions.   

As an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, (ICSC), I have been able to promote Alaska and bring a large number of national retailers to the state, which is a highly valued attribute for retail building landlords and owners. 

Before starting my commercial real estate career, I worked with a prominent oil company in the Pipelines/ Finance unit, and worked as a contractor throughout the state helping to build schools and other large commercial properties from 1997 through 2001.

After acquiring an extensive construction and finance background, and earning my Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Alaska, Anchorage, I started my career in commercial real estate in 2001. I quickly became a top producer in just my third year, working with the largest real estate brokerage in the state.



Brian Endsley has his MBA and has been with Andrew since 2008.  Andrew and Brian's financial background, marketing experience and strong relationships combined with an ethic of "higher expectations" allows our clients to come out on top.
