He has his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) with 15,000 designees worldwide. He is also an SIOR dual specialist (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, specializing in both industrial and office facilities). SIOR is the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association. With 3,600 members in 45 countries and 722 cities, and only 146 dual specialists, SIOR represents the most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. As a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), he attends their deal making sessions each May – a forum for all national retail chains looking to expand into new markets.

Carl has a Bachelor in Business Administration/Finance and a BBA/Economics, both from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Carl was born and raised in Alaska and has been a top producer from the time he joined Jack White Commercial in 2003. Carl averages in excess of $63,000,000 worth of transactions annually.
He has extensive experience in sales and leasing of office, industrial, retail, land and investment properties in Alaska, as well as site acquisition and asset stabilization for local and national clients including Walmart, Home Depot, Kimco, Southcentral Foundation, Kuukpik Corporation, Calista Corporation, Bering Straits Native Corporation, Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corporation, Doyon, Bethel Native Corporation, Cook Inlet Region, Inc, JL Properties, Municipality of Anchorage, Chugach Electric, Liberty Mutual, Smashburger and numerous other businesses.
Jill Hall is Carl's licensed business associate. Jill has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a member of Carl's Team, Jill assists buyers in finding suitable investment/business properties; assists sellers in promoting their properties to attract qualified buyers; coordinates exchange of ownership; drafts property documents and contracts; assists with negotiations between buyers/sellers and landlords/tenants; and fulfills a range of marketing functions to include promoting properties by developing email campaigns, writing advertisements and conducting showings. Before starting her commercial real estate career in 2008, Jill was the operations manager for 12 years for the largest real estate company in Alaska. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.
Nancy is Carl's licensed assistant. Nancy has 40 years of commercial real estate experience and is an Associate Broker. Nancy has worked with Carl for 19 years. She has extensive experience in leasing, sales, title and all aspects of commercial real estate, and provides backup to the team.
