Gary Petros has been a licensed realtor for over 35 years. He joined Jack White Commercial in 1983 and has specialized in commercial sales and leasing since then. Gary has closed over 1000 commercial transactions in Alaska.

He is an expert at determining market values for all types of commercial properties in Anchorage and vicinity and has negotiated and drafted over 900 hundred commercial leases from 500 square feet to 50,000 square feet. Gary has consistently been one of the top commercial licensees at Jack White Commercial since 1990.
